Refund policy
To make an exchange or return for your order, please take the following into account:
The order must have been placed through the La Petra website and not purchased from a retail store.
Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
A piece of jewelry is considered personalized when it has been designed or modified specifically for you.
Personalization options include different levels of customization, ranging from small details to creating the jewelry piece from scratch.
- Initial selection: Personalized with your initial(s), name(s), date, etc.
- Engraving: Inscriptions engraved on the jewelry pieces.
- Material selection: Choice of material type and/or color when different options are available.
- Custom-made creation: Exclusive design and manufacture of the jewelry piece specifically for you.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned in perfect condition. We therefore recommend returning them in their original packaging. Items must be returned with their original packaging, as well as any promotional gift included with the order if it was part of a special offer.
- The maximum period for requesting an exchange or return is 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order, except for orders placed between November 15 and January 6, for which the return period is extended until January 31.
- If these requirements are not met, La Petra reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return.
- Shipping costs for exchanges and/or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- For orders under €60, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
For orders that qualified for free shipping and are returned in full, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as handling fees.
- Any refund or additional charge (in the case of a price difference) will be processed using the original payment method within 7 calendar days (excluding holiday periods) from the date the returned items are received.
