Refund policy

To make changes or returns of your orders, please keep the following in mind:

  • The order must have been placed on this website.

  • Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned in perfect condition, so we recommend returning them in their original packaging. Items must be returned with their packaging, as well as with any promotional gift if the order was subject to an offer.

  • The maximum period allowed for an exchange or return is 14 calendar days after the delivery date of the order, except for orders placed between November 15 and January 6, which may be returned until January 31.
  • If these requirements are not met, La Petra reserves the right not to accept any exchange or return.
  • Shipping costs related to exchanges and/or returns are borne by the customer.
  • For orders under €60, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders that benefited from free shipping and are returned in full, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as a management fee.

  • The refund or additional charge (amount difference) will be processed using the same original payment method used for the purchase within 7 calendar days (except during holiday periods) from the receipt of the items.
