Warranty

• All La Petra jewellery is made from 18-carat gold or sterling silver, verified by the A1 Analysis and Assay Laboratory of Andalusia.
• Our items come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or hidden faults, in accordance with the terms established in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
• Most of the manufacturing process for our items is done by hand: enamelling, setting, macramé, etc. We also use natural elements such as topaz, pearls, coral, etc., which may vary in characteristics such as colour, texture or size, among others, and therefore will not be considered defects or flaws.
• During the warranty period and upon presentation of proof of purchase from this website, your item will be repaired or replaced upon examination and decision by our technical service department.
