Warranty

  • All La Petra jewellery is crafted in 9 or 18-carat gold or sterling silver, certified by the A1 Assay and Hallmarking Laboratory of Andalusia.
  • Our products are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or hidden faults, in accordance with the terms established by the General Consumer and User Protection Law.
  • La Petra is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, impacts, snagging, accidental breakage, contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, creams, improper handling, or any other damage caused by inappropriate use.
  • Most of the manufacturing process of our products is carried out by hand, including enamelling, stone setting, and macramé. We also use natural materials such as topaz, pearls, coral, mother-of-pearl, and others, which may present natural variations in colour, texture, size, or other characteristics. These variations are not considered defects or faults.
  • During the warranty period, and upon presentation of the proof of purchase from this website, your item will be repaired or replaced following inspection and at the discretion of our technical service team.

Promotional Gifts

During promotional periods, La Petra may include a complimentary gift with qualifying orders, while stocks last.

This complimentary gift is not part of the purchase price of the products and therefore is not covered by any additional commercial warranty.

La Petra is not responsible for damage to the complimentary bracelet resulting from use, normal wear and tear, impacts, snagging, accidental breakage, contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, creams, improper handling, or any other damage caused by inappropriate use.

If the complimentary gift arrives defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order, providing photographs of the product and its packaging. Replacement of the gift is subject to stock availability.
