To exchange or return one of your orders, please consider the following:

  • The order must have been placed on this website.
  • Exchanges, returns or refunds are not allowed for personalised articles. Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure articles are returned unworn and in perfect conditions, so it is recommended that they are sent on their original wrapping. Articles must be returned with the packaging provided along with the promotional gift in case the order was subjected to an offer.
  • Exchanges and returns are accepted up to 14 natural days from the delivery date. However, orders placed between November 15th and January 6th can be exchanged or returned until January 31st.
  • La Petra reserves the right to not exchanging or refunding an article should the requirements above are not met.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges and/or returns shall be borne by the customer.
  • In orders below 50€, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. For orders that have benefited from free shipping and whose items are all going to be returned, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as management costs.
  • The credit or charge of the refund will be processed using the same method used for the purchase within 7 natural days upon receipt of the parcel (this may vary during holiday periods).
